Michael Drainage Improvements
Michael Drainage Improvements
The resident at 262 Michael receives runoff from an adjacent drainage easement. The resident also reports ponding in the street. The channel beside this house has a dedicated drainage easement and is maintained by the City. The channel makes a 90 degree turn, however water escapes before the turn and enters an adjacent commercial property. The channel should be realigned so that water is able to stay within the channel without impacting either 262 Michael or the commercial property. Easement will need to be acquired from the commercial property so the channel can be regraded to prevent water from ponding in the street as well as keep water contained within the channel.
