Moss Brook Area Drainage
Several residents have expressed concerns about localized drainage issues, storm runoff entering their garages, and nuisance flooding on their properties. The proposed project will reconstruct the existing concrete V-shaped channel located between 7310 and 7312 Moss Brook Cove. The existing concrete V-channel will be replaced with an improved standardized rectangular channel. The proposed project also includes reconstructing Moss Brook Cove, including curbs, sidewalks, and driveways where required.
