CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: June 27, 2025

Phase 1 | Northside

E-Z Bel Construction will start rehabilitation work on the northside rail of the E. Travis St. Bridge over the Riverwalk as early as 07/1/2025. One westbound traffic lane on the northside of E. Travis St. will be closed. To facilitate traffic, one westbound traffic lane and two eastbound traffic lanes on the southside will be open at all times. Pedestrian and ADA access on the northside at street level will be closed for the duration of phase 1. Pedestrian and ADA access will remain open on the southside at street level for the duration of phase 1. River level access to surrounding businesses along with pedestrian and ADA access to the Riverwalk will be available on the southside of E. Travis St. bridge for the duration of phase 1. Phase 1 is estimated to complete on 07/15/2025.

Phase 2 | Southside

E-Z Bel Construction will start rehabilitation work on the E. Travis St. Bridge on the southside rail over the Riverwalk as early as 07/15/2025. One eastbound traffic lane on the southside of E. Travis St. will be closed. To facilitate traffic, one eastbound traffic lane and two westbound traffic lanes on the northside of the street will be open at all times. Pedestrian and ADA access on the southside at street level will be closed for the duration of phase 2. Pedestrian and ADA access will remain open on the northside at street level for the duration of phase 2. River level access to surrounding businesses along with pedestrian and ADA access to the Riverwalk will be available on the northside of E. Travis St. bridge for the duration of phase 2. Phase 2 is estimated to complete on 07/29/2025.
