The Bond Project will construct pedestrian improvements to include sidewalks, curbs, driveway approaches, and other improvements as applicable and within available funding. This is a multi-phased project.

What you need to know:

E-Z Bel Contractor will be closing Southcross Boulevard from Roosevelt Ave. to Riverside Dr. as early as Monday, January 5, 2026 thru mid January from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm each day for underground drainage installation.
To facilitate traffic, detour routes will be provided on Roosevelt Ave and Riverside Dr. during working hours.
Southcross Blvd. will reopen to traffic at 5:30pm daily.
Business access will be maintained at all times.
Sidewalks will remain open to pedestrians at all times.
