Mayor’s Task Force for a Safer Virginia Beach (Mayor’s Office)

The Mayor’s Task Force for a Safer Virginia Beach, a diverse group of community, public safety, business, civil rights and faith based leaders, has been charged with developing recommendations to ensure Virginia Beach remains both a safe place for our residents and a desired tourist destination for our visitors.

To ensure the Task Force’s work is grounded in the voices, experiences, and needs of the community three listening sessions were held during the week of July 27; however, to ensure as many community members and stakeholders are able to share their thoughts, the community is invited to participate in this survey from Friday, July 31 through Friday, August, 7.
