The FY 2026-2030 Strategic Plan for the Virginia Beach Public Library (VBPL) is in the works!

In February, we collected feedback through six in-person listening sessions and now we invite you to add your valuable input through a survey.

Your responses will help us write the next chapter in our mission to meet the lifelong needs of our diverse community by providing access to quality resources, knowledgeable staff, engaging programs and welcoming spaces.

The survey will be available from March 17 through March 31, 2025.

If you would prefer to take the survey in print form, it is available at any library branch.
