Contessa Drive Drainage Improvements
The Contessa Drive Drainage Improvements project alleviated flooding along Contessa Drive. Improvements included new underground storm drainage infrastructure, street reconstruction, as well as new curbs, sidewalks, and driveway approaches where needed.

Estimated Timeline Construction Seasons are identified as: Winter (January, February, March), Spring (April, May, June), Summer (July, August, September), and Fall (October, November, December.)
Project Limits: Contessa Drive from Downshire Drive and Coronet Street
Project Update 5/3/24:
For the next two weeks, we can expect the following work to be performed:
- Sidewalks and curbs are currently being worked on and should be completed within the next 2 – 3 weeks weather permitting.
- Topsoil, grass and mailboxes are scheduled to be reinstalled towards the last week of May or first week of June.
