Contessa Dr. Drainage Improvements
Citizens along Contessa Dr. have experienced flooding issues due to the street not having drainage capacity for the runoff flowing within the Right-of-Way. This project will add underground storm drainage infrastructure to provide relief of street flooding. Also included is street reconstruction for Contessa Dr. with new curbs, sidewalks, and driveways where needed.

Estimated Timeline Construction Seasons are identified as: Winter (January, February, March), Spring (April, May, June), Summer (July, August, September), and Fall (October, November, December.)

For the next two weeks, we can expect the following work to be performed:
- Sidewalks and curbs are currently being worked on and should be completed within the next 2 – 3 weeks weather permitting.
- Topsoil, grass and mailboxes are scheduled to be reinstalled towards the last week of May or first week of June.
